Account Executive/Telesales Executive (Sales Representative)

JOB PURPOSE
To maximize the effectiveness of sales and marketing by generating high-quality leads and working toward agreed-upon targets and profit goals. To provide excellent sales support by responding to all queries in an efficient, professional, and timely manner.
KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Identify opportunities, generate leads, and schedule appointments for the sales force, with a focus on high-quality leads.

Modifies the content of sales presentations to develop creative pitches and propositions for specific industry sectors.

Proactively follow up on leads generated by managers' canvassing.

Use initiative to identify and follow up on opportunities with companies that are not already on the database.

Maintain the database to ensure targeted marketing activity can take place to generate new business.

Collaborate closely with the marketing team to meet sales targets;

Attend monthly meetings with the manager to update information and discuss any issues that may have arisen.

Effectively communicate with other departments within the company to ensure that customer requirements are met.

Serves customers by selling products and meeting customer needs.

Services existing accounts, obtains orders and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing a daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.

Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.

Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques.

Recommends changes in products, services, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.

Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.

Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.

Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.

Contributes to team effort by implementing best practice ideas and accomplishing related results as needed.

The company is small but growing, employees are expected to work as a team and support one another. SALARY STRUCTURE
COMMISSION BASED SALARY
The Account Executive (Sales Representative) will not be paid a salary or hourly wage, but instead, will be paid a percentage of the total closing sales of each month. The Account Executives will work on commission based only and earn 10% of income when sales are complete.

For any reason, the phone is misplaced/stolen due to the assigned personnel's diligence and without a reasonable explanation the assigned personnel will be responsible for the replacement of the phone.
